Kitchen chef(s) summer & winter season (Norway)

Job description

We are looking for a hotel restaurant kitchen chef for the summer, winter seasons in Norway. You will work in a la cart type restaurant and produce high-quality European and Scandinavian dishes.


You will work in an international team with 3-4 colleagues. You will be responsible for:

  • main course preparation;
  • quality assurance of food production;
  • workplace cleanliness.

The hotel is located in a quiet location surrounded by nature, mountains and fjords, making the working environment suitable for those who enjoy peace, fishing and hiking in mountains.

Departure starts from March / April until September / October & from October / November to March / April, with the possibility to plan holidays. There is no selection/employment fees.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years cooking experience,
  • proficiency in English,
  • responsibility, versatility and pace.

Experience in Scandinavia would be your advantage!
